Do your smart lights work with Alexa and Google Assistant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Wi-Fi LED strip, the smart bulbs and the galaxy projector can be added to the free app and then linked to your voice assistant (a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network is required). The hexagon panels and the corner floor lamp connect over Bluetooth through the app and come with their own remote.

Can I cut the LED strip to size?

Yes. The strip can be cut every 3 LEDs, but only along the lines marked with a scissor icon. Measure your furniture or headboard first, test the strip before sticking it down and never cut the end that connects to the power supply.

Do solar lights work in winter?

Accepted Answer

They do, but run time drops as the days get shorter. Put the panel in full sun, ideally facing south, keep it clean and switch to night-light or motion mode so the charge lasts through the evening.

Which colour temperature should I choose?

Accepted Answer

For a warm, cosy feel in a bedroom or living room, go for 2700 to 3000 K. For a desk or kitchen, a more neutral white around 4000 K is easier to work under. Our smart bulbs switch from 2700 to 6500 K in a tap.

How long does delivery take, and can I return an item?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time depends on your country: the latest delivery date is shown in your cart before payment and in the confirmation email, and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders from €49. You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, using the “Withdraw from the contract here” link at the bottom of every page.
